08

Sharing Information with Brands and Talent Members

To facilitate enquiries, bookings and campaigns, BPEC PRO may share relevant professional or business information with the parties involved.

We seek to limit such disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the intended engagement.

Recipients must not misuse information obtained through BPEC PRO for harassment, unauthorized marketing, impersonation or unrelated purposes.

Where an independent Talent Member or client subsequently processes information for their own purposes, that party may have separate legal responsibilities.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, functionality and performance measurement.

Where implemented, analytics technologies may help us understand visitor traffic, page performance, devices, referral sources and registration activity.

Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies will be subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Users may manage cookies through their browser settings or any available website consent controls. Disabling certain necessary cookies may affect account login or website functionality.

Additional information about applicable cookies and tracking choices may be provided through the website.

11

Marketing and Promotional Communications

BPEC PRO may send service-related messages concerning registrations, bookings, campaigns, payments, verification and account security. These operational communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

Where permitted by law, we may also send information about promotional services, campaigns, events, training or relevant opportunities.

Recipients may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications through an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop essential account or transaction notifications.

Before fulfilling a request, we may need to verify the requester's identity.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal compliance, outstanding transactions, fraud prevention, contractual disputes or other lawful purposes.

Closing an account may not automatically remove information previously lawfully published by independent third parties or indexed by external search engines.

We will handle eligible requests in accordance with applicable law and established procedures.

Children and Age Restrictions

Individuals under the applicable legal age must not independently enter into binding commercial agreements through the platform where they lack legal capacity.

Where participation by a minor is legally permitted, BPEC PRO may require appropriate parental or guardian authorization and additional safeguards.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for unauthorized commercial purposes. If we become aware that information has been collected unlawfully, we will take appropriate corrective action.

17

International Data Processing and Transfers

Some service providers or technical systems used by BPEC PRO may operate outside Bangladesh.

Where personal information is transferred or made accessible internationally, BPEC PRO will seek to comply with applicable Bangladesh data protection and cross-border transfer requirements.

Appropriate safeguards may include contractual protections, security controls and other measures required by law.

International transfers will not be represented as automatically permissible merely because a third-party service is commercially available.

18

Third-Party Websites and Social Media Platforms

Our website may contain links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, other websites or independent Talent Member profiles.

These third-party services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. BPEC PRO does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

Users should review the relevant third-party policies before sharing personal information.

19

Independent Talent Activities

Talent Members may independently operate their own websites, social media accounts and professional businesses.

Personal information collected or processed independently by a Talent Member outside an authorized BPEC PRO service is not automatically processed on behalf of BPEC PRO.

The independent Talent Member may be responsible for their own privacy notices, permissions, security measures and legal obligations.

However, BPEC PRO remains accountable for its own handling of personal information and for processing undertaken on its behalf, to the extent required by law.

20

Confidential Business and Campaign Information

Brand Owners, Talent Members and other participants may receive confidential information while participating in campaigns.

Such information may include unpublished promotional materials, campaign strategies, business contact information, pricing arrangements and client requirements.

Recipients must use confidential information only for authorized purposes and must not disclose it without appropriate authorization, except where legally permitted or required.

Separate confidentiality provisions may apply under campaign or service agreements.

21

Automated Processing and Analytics

BPEC PRO may use automated systems to support registration validation, fraud detection, account security, search, filtering, analytics and service administration.

Where legally required, individuals will be provided with appropriate information and protections concerning automated decisions that significantly affect them.

We will not describe automated processing as human-reviewed unless such review actually occurs.

22

Changes to This Privacy Policy

BPEC PRO may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, data practices or applicable legal requirements.

The revised Policy will display an updated effective or revision date.

Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing material changes.

23

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Nothing in this Policy restricts statutory privacy rights, mandatory legal protections or access to competent regulatory and judicial authorities.
